Alvaro Morata started the scoring after a shot from Eden Hazard was initially saved, soon after Hazard was on the scoresheet, rounding Foster to make it 2-0.
Marcos scored the third after a Cesc Fabregas free-kick found a way to the back post, the Spaniard volleying home from an acute angle. It’s Alonso’s third goal of the season and it effectively ended the contest.
In the second half, Hazard completed the scoring to give Chelsea a fourth consecutive league win.
Chelsea travel to Azerbaijan to play Qarabag in the Champions League on Wednesday, after that, Chelsea return to Premier League action against Liverpool next Saturday.
